Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By completing a purchase on the Tengra Akademi platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

The buyer's name, address, phone number, and email address are as recorded in the buyer's account at the time of purchase.

3. Product / Service Description

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of online educational content (courses, live coaching sessions, subscription plans, and related digital materials) offered through the Tengra Akademi platform. The essential features, sale price (including all taxes), and payment method for the purchased product/service are displayed on the order summary page before purchase confirmation.

4. Price & Payment

All prices are displayed on the platform in the applicable currency and include VAT. Payment is processed via credit/debit card or other electronic payment methods available on the platform. Upon successful payment, the buyer receives an electronic invoice or receipt via email. The platform does not store credit card information; all payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital educational content is delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, the purchased course or content is made available instantly in the buyer's account. Access to the content is granted according to the license terms (perpetual access for one-time purchases or duration-based access for subscriptions). The performance of this digital content service begins immediately upon purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502, Article 48) and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase without providing any reason. However, pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content delivered electronically (non-tangible goods) once the buyer has started accessing or downloading the content. By clicking 'I agree to waive my right of withdrawal for immediate access' during checkout, the buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires upon first access to the digital content.

7. Withdrawal Process

If the right of withdrawal is applicable (i.e., content has not been accessed), the buyer may exercise this right by sending a clear statement to info@tengrateknoloji.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. Upon valid withdrawal, the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

8. Obligations of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased digital content in accordance with the specifications stated on the platform. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate personal and payment information and to use the content in compliance with applicable laws and the platform's Terms of Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) for claims under the statutory monetary threshold, or to the Consumer Courts for claims above that threshold. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the mandatory consumer mediation (arabuluculuk) requirement where applicable under Turkish law.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By completing the checkout process and clicking the 'Confirm Purchase' button, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement, including the pre-contractual information, product features, price, and withdrawal conditions.
