Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the Tengra Akademi platform. We aim to ensure your satisfaction while complying with Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital course purchases, subscription plans, live coaching session bookings, and any other paid services offered through the Tengra Akademi platform.
2. Digital Content Purchases
For one-time course purchases: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed, streamed, or downloaded any part of the course content. Once you begin consuming the content (e.g., watching a video lesson, downloading a PDF, or completing a quiz), your right of withdrawal is waived as per the Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15(ğ). During checkout, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate digital content delivery and acknowledge the waiver of the withdrawal right.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not accessed any premium content, you may request a full refund.
4. Live Coaching Sessions
Cancellation of a live coaching session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time: full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: no refund is provided. If the instructor/coach cancels or is a no-show: full refund is issued automatically within 5 business days. Technical issues on the platform's side that prevent session delivery: full refund or rescheduling.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, including: (a) significant discrepancy between the course description and actual content; (b) prolonged technical issues preventing content access that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time; (c) duplicate charges. In case of fraud or abuse of the refund policy (e.g., consuming entire courses then requesting refunds), we reserve the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund: (1) Go to My Orders in your account settings, or (2) Email info@tengrateknoloji.com with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law. For claims under the statutory monetary threshold, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti). For claims above the threshold, you may apply to the Consumer Courts. Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
